DELIVERY TIME

The estimated average delivery time (after the order is dispatched) across Pakistan is 2 to 4 working days for major cities. For remote areas, delivery may take longer.
Please ensure that you are available on the provided contact number so our team can reach you.
Timely delivery is subject to the availability of the items and order confirmation.
During sale periods, both order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.

Note: To avoid unsafe delivery, we strongly recommend having your orders delivered directly to your address. Bakht Store will not be liable for any loss or damage to the order if it is delivered to a self-pickup point (e.g., any courier office).

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

The estimated dispatch time for international orders is 5 to 7 working days after the order has been confirmed.
Delivery time may vary depending on the destination.
Bakht Store will not be responsible for any refunds if the consignee requests an order cancellation once the order is “in process.”
Customers will be liable for shipment and customs charges if they refuse or reject the delivery.
During sale events, the average delivery time may exceed normal expectations.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel a prepaid order, please reach out to us within 6 hours of placing your order. Upon cancellation, a refund will be issued via store credit or credit voucher.
Once the order is “in process,” it can no longer be canceled or refunded.

PAYMENT THROUGH CARDS

We aim to provide a safe and secure shopping experience. However, in some instances, we might need additional payment verification to process the order. This may include a request for confirmation from the consignee through a call or email, as per the bank’s instructions to prevent fraudulent transactions.
Bakht Store reserves the right to cancel orders if the payment is declined by your authorized payment institution.

DELIVERY CHARGES

  • Within Pakistan: A flat shipping charge of Rs. 149 will be applied to all orders delivered within Pakistan.
  • International Delivery: Charges for international delivery vary depending on the country, city, state, and locality. To calculate shipping charges, you can select any product and proceed to checkout with your delivery address. The calculated charges will not include taxes & duties.
  • Please note that international orders may be subject to taxes & duties, which will be the responsibility of the customer. Any applicable duties or fees will be collected at the time of order delivery by the courier.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number.
You can track your order on the respective courier website mentioned in your email.
If you do not receive tracking updates, please contact us at support@bakhtstore.com.
Bakht Store cannot be held liable for late deliveries or collections by third-party postal or courier companies.
