You have 3 days from the date of delivery to claim a return or exchange if:
- The product is damaged, stained, defective, incorrect, or incomplete. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with labels and protective stickers attached.
- The product received does not match the size you ordered.
- If you receive an opened or unsealed box or packaging, please inform us immediately to avoid any issues with claims.
Exchange Process:
To initiate an exchange, provide all the required information to our representative. If all conditions are met, we will schedule a pick-up from your doorstep or guide you to the nearest outlet for exchange purposes.
- Sale or Discounted Products: Exchanges during sales or for discounted products are only applicable if the product received does not match the one you ordered.
- If you’re unsatisfied with the size you purchased and would like a different size, you can email us at support@bakhtstore.com.
Important Notes:
- Due to differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is shown on the screen. Therefore, we cannot exchange products solely for color or texture differences.
- These policies apply to orders delivered within Pakistan.
- Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Inner-wear products due to hygiene standards.
- Fragrances, cosmetics, and jewelry are neither returnable nor exchangeable.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please provide clear evidence (such as images or videos) showing the issue within 3 days of delivery. This is mandatory for us to effectively address your concern. Upon receiving your proof, our team will promptly investigate the issue and ensure an appropriate resolution.
How Do I Apply For A Return?
To initiate a return, please email us at support@bakhtstore.com with the following details:
- The reason for the return
- Your order details
In some cases, our customer support team may direct you to the nearest Bakht Store outlet for an exchange.
Once the return request is approved, you will be instructed to send the parcel to:

Important Note:
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
When Will My Return Be Processed?
- We aim to process all returns with 5-7 working days of receipt.
- During busy periods please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.
Do You Offer Refunds?
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct refunds. However, in cases where an exchange or resolution is not possible, we may issue a refund via store credit/voucher (e-currency), which is only applicable for online purchases.
Important Notes:
- We will not entertain refund claims if the customer refuses to accept the parcel at the time of delivery. In such cases, store credit (usable only on the website) will be issued once the refused parcel has been returned to our warehouse.
- If an item does not meet our quality standards, a voucher will be issued for future use after the remaining items in the order have been shipped (for paid orders).
- If the entire paid order is canceled, the refund will be provided as store credit.
Currency Exchange & Conversion:
- The customer will be responsible for any changes in currency exchange rates.
- Bakht Store will not be liable for any differences in the amount due to currency conversions.
The minimum processing time for store credit is 5-10 working days, depending on the mode of payment.
Voucher Redemption Policy
- Vouchers can be applied to purchases made exclusively through our official website, www.bakhtstore.com.
- Each voucher is for one-time use only and valid for a single transaction. Multiple vouchers cannot be combined while placing an order.
- Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Any unused balance will not be refunded.
- To redeem your voucher, enter the voucher code in the “discount code” box at checkout. Only one code may be used per order.
- If the voucher value exceeds the total purchase amount, the remaining balance will be forfeited and cannot be used in subsequent orders.
- By redeeming a voucher, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

International Orders Policy
Currently, Bakht Store does not offer a return policy for international orders, as all products are individually checked by our Quality Control (QC) department before packing and handing over to the courier.
Important Notes:
- If the customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, Bakht Store is not obliged to return, refund, or compensate for the order.
- In special cases, if an exchange is approved, customers will be required to return the product to our operations facility based in Karachi, Pakistan for further inspection. If any issue is found, the customer will be facilitated accordingly.
- Return and customs charges related to international orders are to be borne by the customer.
- Articles purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange or return.
Customized and Make-to-Order Policy
Customized orders, including alterations and make-to-measure products, cannot be refunded or exchanged.
However, if you receive an item with incorrect measurements, you may send us pictorial evidence of the error in the alterations, and we will do our best to rectify the issue.
